Hi Max,
I liked how you broke down UDL into clear sections of engagement, representation, and action and expression. It made your explanation easy to follow, especially with how you connected it to your tutoring experience at UVic. That personal example really showed how flexible teaching methods can make complex ideas more approachable. I also thought your section on Inclusive Learning Design stood out because you linked the concept to real experiences with kids in out-of-school care (that basketball story you shared was also a great illustration of building trust and belonging in small, meaningful ways).
I wonder if you could expand a bit on how these same inclusive strategies could be adapted for older learners in online environments. For instance, how might fostering belonging look different in a virtual classroom compared to an in-person one? Overall, your examples made these ideas very relatable, and your practical insights tied the module concepts together effectively.
